Shipping Policy
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or shows your package as lost, please contact us at villagepeople@bubbleup.net. We'll investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund if your package is confirmed lost.
Please allow:
- Domestic orders: 30 days from ship date before filing a lost package claim
- International orders: 45 days from ship date before filing a lost package claim
Address Changes
Before shipping: Contact villagepeople@bubbleup.net immediately if you need to update your address.
After shipping: Once your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. We'll make our best effort to contact our fulfillment partner, but most orders ship same-day or next-day. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Production & Shipping Delays
If your order is delayed beyond our normal timeframe, please contact villagepeople@bubbleup.net and we'll investigate.
- Production delays: We'll work with our production partner to get you an update
- Shipping delays: We'll help you track down your package with the carrier
If your order experiences significant delays, we'll make it right with a discount on a future purchase.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we'll contact you immediately to offer:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative product of equal or greater value, or
- The option to wait for restock (with a 10% discount for the inconvenience)
